These general terms and conditions apply to all offers, orders and agreements between the webshop and the customer.
All prices displayed on the website are in us dollars and include VAT, unless stated otherwise.
The agreement is concluded at the moment the webshop has received and confirmed the customer's order.
Payment may be made using the payment methods offered in the webshop. Payment must be made in advance, unless stated otherwise.
Our webshop delivers products within the Netherlands and, where possible, internationally. Any delivery times stated are indicative only. The risk transfers to the customer at the moment of delivery.
Consumers have the right to withdraw from the agreement within fourteen (14) days of receipt. The product must be returned unused and in its original condition. The costs of returning the product are borne by the customer.
Rares Auto Export provides a warranty of one (1) year on its products unless explicitly stated otherwise. The warranty covers manufacturing and material defects only.
Personal data of the customer are processed in accordance with the webshop's privacy policy.
All agreements are governed by Dutch law. Disputes shall preferably be resolved by mutual consultation.
